We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Executive to provide support to our procurement team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively. The Procurement Executive will be responsible for assisting with procurement processes, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining accurate procurement records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the procurement process, including preparing purchase orders, RFQs, RFPs, and other procurement documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, and follow up on any delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
• Monitor procurement budgets and expenditures, and provide regular reports to management.
• Assist with vendor selection and evaluation, including researching potential vendors, obtaining quotes, and performing due diligence.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharma, Medical, or a related field. (Mandatory)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Medical procurement or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.
• Understanding of procurement regulations and laws is a plus.
